 A native born Coloradoan, I was born in Greeley, Colorado and grew up on a hunting and fishing lodge in Buford, Colorado and have resided in Grand Junction since 1984. I have an undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a law degree from the University of New Mexico, School of Law and have practiced law for over 30 years in both New Mexico and Colorado.
I recently decided to work in real estate and obtained my real estate broker's license in February, 2006. Attorneys are not required to have a real estate license, but Realtors® do. I felt it was important to have that professional designation behind my name. Realtors® adhere to a code of ethics and have a high standard of practice, which greatly benefits my clients and customers.
I love the diversity of the surrounding hills, rivers, mountains, and desert that make Grand Junction such a special place to live. I am a private pilot and enjoy flying, as well as mountain biking, swimming, boating, horseback riding, snow skiing (downhill and xcountry)..and did I mention the wonderful year around weather? The Grand Junction economy is very strong and properties are selling fast. And with all these fun activities readily available and close by, it's no wonder you want to live here too!
